I’m so tired

Hey. I don’t talk much to other mothers about how I’m coping, but I’m so tired. My boy is 18 months and wild and lovely. I’m 5 months pregnant. I work 40 hours a week, have to keep the house decent. Anyone else think how tf am I going to cope.
I’m honestly so exhausted from DS not sleeping properly and working so hard. Anyone else get stressed and tired to the absolute max

I feel your pain!!

I have a 4.5 year old and a 15 month old.

I’m a nurse so do 13 hour shifts and when I’m at work I leave the house at 06.40 and at usually not home until 21.30pm where by that point I’m exhausted.

My 15 month old wakes up every night at least three times and I probably get about 5 hours broken sleep anight. I would say that 2 nights out of 7 my 4.5 year old wakes me too.

The days I’m at work I’m exhausted and the days I’m at home I’m exhausted. Trying to look after the 15 month old is draining, he doesn’t nap in few day, and trying to keep on top of the house as well just feels impossible. Thankfully the 4.5 year old is at school but I hate having to get up and do the school runs because all I want to do is stay in bed and sleep.

The weekend just gone has been horrendous as I worked two shifts back to back on barely any sleep and yesterday I could barely function at home.

I felt myself falling asleep on the sofa whilst trying to look after the 15 month old.

I feel exhausted. Between my job and the children I feel like I only exist for the purpose of serving others - I have no idea where my life has gone, I’m just a shattered person going from one day to the next.

Are you a lone parent? If not then your partner needs to help more.

That is really extreme. You definitely need some time away.
It's so hard, the only option is to keep going and going and going. I don't know what the answer is
