Milk spots or baby acne?

My DD has started getting these for about a week now. They are only on one side of her face and go up into her scalp area.

As a FTM I am wondering if this is a normal amount for her to be getting and if I just leave them alone or do anything to get rid of them?

Thanks in advance for any advice, unfortunately the camera doesn’t seem to pick them up that well.

Yep totally normal! It'll clear up in a few weeks. I washed my babies face with just warm water morning and night and then applied the child's farm sensitive moisturiser which helped a lot.

Just looks like standard baby acne to me (no expert though).
I always expected babies to have beautiful flawless skin, but they rarely do.
