… they always run. Tried expensive, cheap, mid range, and have lashes tinted. But am after the holy grail of a non smudge mascara (I mean the under by eye by about midday.)

Benefit - 'they're real' mascara is fab. But to help it not run put some eye lash primer on your lashes and some eye shadow primer on your under eye area (boots No7 do both) and everything will stay put. Don't put your eye cream too close to your eye and you can also get a fixing spray - Nyx at boots do a good one. Had loads of problems with mascara running - can you tell!!? Hope you find a solution!

With this being in Parenting, I thought this was going to be a thread about what age was appropriate to start wearing mascara.

I'm a total convert to tube mascara
Clinique lash power or number 7 stay perfect.
It's amazing. It only comes off with warm water.
No smudging or running and it feels really light on your eyes but you can build it up to look really dramatic if you want to.
I can't stand the feel of normal mascara now.
