What do I need for baby #2?

I already have a little boy who's nearly 2 and we are expecting our second baby in May. We didn't find out the sex the first time around so all the 'big' stuff is gender neutral (pram, bouncer, etc) as are all the newborn clothes.

What do I need to get in preparation for baby #2?
Main things I can think of are:
Sling
New mattress
Sleeping bag
Toiletries
Extra cloth wipes, muslins, etc
Breastfeeding or bottle feeding miscellaneous

Anything else I'm missing that I'll need?

Box of good distracting new toys and activities for the 2 yr old to keep them busy during the early feeds

Sterliser

Dummy if you'll use one?
White noise sleep aids are brill
Have you got a changing mat/bag?

Nappy changing station... I have a box of everything I need on bedside table in a nice storage box for easy access

Have you got enough baby blankets? Always good to have spares if baby is sick egg

Do you drive? I have an emergency nappy change kit kept in my boot incase I get caught out at any time which does happen with a toddler too every now and again
