Baby stretching when feeding

When feeding my nearly 6 week old will often be sat up (to help with choking issues) - she then will like straighten her body out and usually her bum will slip off my knee due to it - her legs are made all straight. No tears at this point.

Any ideas what this may be??

Perhaps the position isn’t very comfortable for her?

Perhaps angle her a bit more and hold her in your arms rather than balanced on your knee.

Possibly silent reflux my DS did this and was very fussy when bring fed x
