3 yr old refusing night nappies but wetting bed

DC hasn't consistently had dry nappies in the morning despite being daytime toilet trained from 2y2m. I wasn't in a rush to change anything. But she told me "nappies are for babies" and refuses to wear them anymore. We've done it 3 nights and she's wet through 2 nights. And all of these nights I've lifted her to the toilet at least twice. In my opinion she's not ready. But she completely will not wear the nappy. What do I do?

Would trainer knickers help?

We have these and she wears them to sleep but she's always been a heavy pee-er (is that a word? ha) so still leaks a bit onto her PJs. Saves a huge mess on the sheets but we still went through 3 pairs of bottoms last night.
