Routine for 3 month old

DD is nearly 3 months old and I am keen to start some sort of routine. So far we have been feeding on demand and she sleeps when she wants, we haven't purposely implemented any daytime naps. She is pretty good during the night, tends to sleep for 5 hours in a go on a good night and 2-3 on less good ones! I want to start structured nap times during the day but I don't know when and for how long they should be. Any advice on routines at this age would be much appreciated!!

When does she nap now and for how long? I found mine did have a rountine when I looked at it, it just one that had been dreamed up by a “baby expert” Smile

I started with bedtime routine. 6.30pm bath nurse bed. And keeping the get up time the same. Indicated with open curtains and dressed baby for the day. Naps at that age can be every couple hours and will eventually fall into 3 distinct naps then 2 then far down the line 1. I just set the beginnjng and end of day and decided to see where my ds naps naturally fell
