What to clean babies face

Hi does anyone use anything that smells nice to wash babies face I was going to use warm water cotton wool and then a Reno moisturising cream?

I wouldnt use any soaps or lotions on a small baby. just warm water and a clean cloth is plenty. less likely they will get a rash that way as babies skin is very delicate

What are you washing it for, particularly? I just use a damp flannel after meals or in the bath, or in a pinch a baby wipe.

Small babies really don't need scented products of any kind or moisturisers.

I just used warm water and a clean cloth. I wouldn't use anything scented or lotions.
