Please help me with party game ideas for 3yo!

So I agreed to host a Halloween party for a group of us who meet occasionally, thinking it's midweek and we never all meet together due to work etc. Well sods law - everyone is available. Shit
That's 7 adults, 7 x 3 year olds, 2 x 2 year olds and 3 x babies.
Decorations and food are sorted but I need game ideas or something to help me out! There are going to be 9 kids that aren't babies so feel like i cant just leave toys dotted around as it will be mayhem! Only love in a 3 bed semi

Musical statues ( to thriller obvs) musical bumps. Sleeping lions. Pass the parcel. Grandmothers footsteps. That onelike grandmothers footsteps but where the adult isa wolf ?

I did. Halloween party for a similar age group and number of kids a few years ago. I did decorate your own spider (I had cut basic shapes out of black card and just had stickers etc) and then ‘pin your spider on the web’ (I had drawn a big spiderweb on a big piece of card). We also did ‘apple bobbing’ but used some skeleton hand salad servers for the kids to try and pick up apples rather then mouths. I also did pass the parcel and a Halloween story at then end to calm them down!
