Has anyone got a 2009 mountain buggy? So confused

I bought a second hand mountain buggy on ebay. On closer inspection its actually the 2009 model of the urban jungle.

I've taken the seat covers and all the fabrics off, washed them - and now can't get them back on again.

Basically in the back of the seat theres a metal bit - which I took out to wash the seat. I put it back on and now there are two 'domes' or big poppers just hanging loosely and I have no idea where they attach...

Any ideas?

Does it tuck into the flap of existing fabric? Like an envelope?

Oh god @OTincognito - thats it! I was being dumb, thinking it must wrap round something but no, theres poppers on the inside.
