ok ive never had to bother with fathers day before so this is the first year ive had to aknowlege it.

im on a 20 quid budget and have no idea what to get dp from cade.

its his first fathers day and im doing him a roast and he has a couple of beers (and unlimited use of the remote-why? why did i think of that) to make his day nicer.

the trouble is i have no idea what to get him. i was going to get him something to do with motorbikes but as hes got to sell his i dont think thats such a good idea.

I think what you're doing is fine already. You could attempt a hand made card too maybe from your dd? I just pained my 9 month old dd's hand and stuck it to a piece of card. Bit messy but at least I tried!!

20 quid would get him a nice DVD. But it sounds as if what you are already doing is good!

imo the present should 'come' from your dc, so I would suggest the same as compo, a scribble type thing . He's your dc's dad, not yours, iyswim.
