Hi what's the best swimming aid for a two year old? I was wondering about a swim jacket or disc arm floats?

We've only ever used normal arm bands tbh. Take them in the water to get used to it and remove your support a bit at a time. I always think those swim vests look really restrictive!

I was a swimming teacher for years and found the vests better than arm bands (encouraged a better body position for "real" swimming later on) for fun time. Though when my dd is old enough we'll try to encourage as much as possible just with a noodle /woggle as that's how I taught my kids and adults at work before she arrived.
