Eating after sickness bug!

My LG (10.5 months old) had a tummy bug last weekend that lasted a few days. The last couple of days she seems to be pretty much back to her normal self and is eating however, she will eat finger foods, fruit and yoghurts etc fine but her main meal is an issue. She takes a couple of spoonful and then cries and screams. I'm not sure why it's just this part that she's no longer wanting to eat. Whilst she was ill we went back to giving her mainly bottles as per doctor advice.

Has anyone else experienced this or similar after illness? How long did it last?

Is she teething and the main meal food is harder and hurts ? Is she full or if you offer her more fruit and yoghurt would she eat it ( just as a test if she's hungry) ?
Have you tried letting her feed herself, is she frustrated and wants to try herself ?
Just some ideas. Sorry if no help

It can take time for their tummy’s to recover. Don’t offer heavy foods right away. Start with plain pasta (no sauce). Boiled rice. Banana. Apple sauce. Toast. Then move on to potato’s and for example chicken (but nothing heavy. Baked chicken or chicken soup).

Thanks for your replies. Yes she's been teething on and off for a while but it's been worse and she was still eating ok. She will take more fruit etc if offered so it just seems to be the 'main meal'. I did think maybe it's too heavy just now if her little tummy is still recovering. Will try sticking to bland things and the fruit etc she will take.

Also she used to gulp water with meals no problem - she loved it. Now she point blank refuses her cup and also cries if offered. Poor thing, this bug has really upset her clearly.
