Advice about bra shopping before going back to work after a year ebf

So DS is 1 and has been ebf. He now only has 2 feeds a day, morning and bedtime. I am back to work in 2 weeks. I am currently still wearing nursing bras as i cannot fit into my lovely old 34Bs .When measured for my nursing bras at mothercare I was told I was a 38C but I am not totally convinced by the fit either.

So anyway, I need new bras for work etc. So:

• where is best to go get measured

-how many should i buy (i am thinking my boobs may change again? I also will be starting my diet when back at work)

• should i even contemplate keeping my old bras?

Have you measured yourself (google the boob or bust method)? I suspect 38C might not be right, especially if you weren’t convinced by the fit as the back size is quite large compared to the cup. If you self measure then I’d order a few online to try on- unless you’re a must have a clean bra every day type you can probably get away with 2 black, 1 white, 1 nude.

Hmmm so I've done the measurements and my chest is 33.5 (so round up to 34) and across my boobs is 38.5 so up to 39 which according to google is 34 DD.

Urm
