Unusual breastfeeding pain

I'm breastfeeding my 3rd baby-i know what mastitis, blocked ducts and vasospasm all feel like. I haven't got sore nipples ... My little one is 3 months old and this is the second time (last time lasted a week or so) where I'm getting a dull but very uncomfortable pain in my back/behind breast bone when he's sucking on my left breast. It feels like he's sucking so hard it's pulling right into my back... At times my toes curl and I have to take him off. I can't find anything similar online. Has anyone had this? Any idea what it it's? Do I keep feeding on that side? Thank you- x

Could it be thrush?
