Anxious mum, don't know what to do

Ok, so I'm just looking for a little bit of advice. First time mum to a DD (rainbow baby), so I'm massively anxious when it comes to her.
She is 7 months old, funny little thing, makes me laugh every day. Very active, rolling and sitting alone etc. Last Wednesday, she had a tumble off of my bed (about 2.5ft onto carpet, but I massively panicked) I took her to the walk in centre, wasn't happy with their answer, so went off to a & e, they checked her properly, said she was fine, and off we went. She was fine the next day, like nothing has happened.
But since Saturday, she seems to be more tired during the day, and when she naps, she seems to fall into a deeper sleep than usual. Other than this, she seems to be her usual self, very happy, smiley, usual activities etc.
Do you think the sleep thing is just because she is more active? Or could it be related to the fall and I should get her into the doctors? I'm not sure if I'm being over protective, and if she didn't have the tumble from the bed, I probably wouldn't be paying too much attention to her day time naps!

Natural to be anxious, but, I would say imo that the 2 are unrelated and just an annoying coincidence.

I lost count of the times my DDs fell off things. They grew up ok though.
Babies are very bouncy.
