Vietnamese language playgroup in London?

Hi there,
I have a 20 mo son that I would like to raise bilingual in English and Vietnamese. It’s very hard as I am the only one that speaks Vietnamese to my son. I am hoping there’s other parents with toddlers that would like to meet up for a Vietnamese speaking playgroup? I am based in Teddington, so can meet in the Richmond area of London. Thanks!!

Hi, I'm looking for the same thing - except in East London (Stratford). My daughter is 1 year old - but I'm keen for her to spend at least some of her time around Vietnamese language (Her mother speaks about 50:50 English-Vietnamese to her.

Richmond is probably a bit far for us, sadly, but if on my exploration I find people that side I'll send them your way! (And vice versa?).

Hi, i’m also interested in a Vietnamese playgroup for my 2.5yo. We’re based on isle of dogs E14, but other places in East London or Greenwich could work.

Hey there!

I know this post is a bit old but hoping there’s still some interest! I’m looking for a Vietnamese play group or play dates for my 2 year old. I’m half Vietnamese but unfortunately was never taught. I’d like to change that for me and my son. We’re in southwest London but don’t mind traveling in to Central if that helps.

hi guys. Not sure how it all went with the playgroup, but for info, we are publishing a kids picture book to help kids aged 2-6 take their first steps with Vietnamese. I'm new to mumsnet so presume I'm not allowed to post a link, but if anyone's interested, just let me know and I can give you a bit more info. best wishes @Ashhhh @Mikey13482 @LisaMikeJules @Tbannister @E15ChrisK
