What to wear at night

So it's currently 20.7 degrees in my 8month olds room and she's wearing a vest, sleepsuit and a 1.5 tog sleeping bag. Is this too much?

If you go on the grobag website they have a useful tool to check what they should be wearing for age, weight and room temp. It will recommend clothes and what tog to wear.

I don't think they'll need the vest as well at nearly 21°

I'd lose the vest.
