Prepmachine bottles in the fridge

Can you put a bottle of formula that's been made from the prep machine into the fridge after half an hour or so being out at room temperature. For example I made it then baby still going without wanting milk.

Didn't really understand last sentence but I make bottles sometimes with prep then put them sitting in cold water for a few minutes before putting in fridge.

Strictly speaking, no. You should make fresh each time. Practically, yeah, it's fine, everyone does it.

Official guidance is officially no, make feeds up as you need them, I think. But I also think the vast majority of people who formula feed do indeed make up bottles in advance and store in the fridge. If you do this, store in the coolest part of the fridge (so usually at the bottom, at the back), and for no longer than 24hrs.
