Leightweight double buggy advice

I’m expecting my second in March and my toddler will just turn three.

I will put a buggy board on the pram we have now (Bugaboo Bee) for general/local use, but wouldn’t mind a light, fold up ‘umbrella’ double pram so she can have a proper seat on occasional long days out (if she needs a nap, etc.).

Any recommendations? Ideally would have the option to lay one seat flat for a small baby? Thanks! x

From when I was in the market for one, the Maclaren triumph double was the lightest by far and umbrella fold, though I can't remember if both seats lie completely flat. I've heard good things about the Baby Jogger Double and the Mountain Buggy nano double but both were heavier than the maclaren and not umbrella fold. And my friend swore by her Baby Jogger City select as she could still use it as a single for years after her oldest was on a scooter.

We ended up with a handmedown Phil & Teds which I loved and felt very safe and sturdy, but v heavy and hard to fold. we used it daily until the younger one was about 6 months, and then just was so heavy I ended up just slinging one or using the buggy board with our baby jogger city mini.
