As I was brushing my 3yo dd teeth this evening I've noticed she has teeth at the back coming through, one on either side on the bottom. She had all 20 baby teeth by 2 year old and a quick Google search shows first molars don't usually come through till around 6 years old. Should I be concerned? She was at the dentist in August and nothing was mentioned then.
