I'm after a (mains not battery) night light. I'd ideally like it to be a planetarium one and not too expensive!, any ideas anyone?

Not a planetarium one I know, but I ended up getting DS2 (8) a Gro-Egg. Don't really need the temperature display on it any more, but it is fun to watch for it to change colour!

Search for star lights projector on amazon. There are a few to choose from and I can’t remember which specific one we have, but they are cheap and very effective. Ours is mains powered, but came with rechargeable batteries too, so is perfect!

Ikea have brilliant ones that you can plug in to charge and then unplug to use. Lovely soft glow and my daughter has it on the corner of her bed. She has a fox one. Let me see if I can find the link. It’s lovely and even has a little heart that can glow in red.

We just bought a Sainsbury's £2 one.

I was thinking about one of these for my DS. He's 11 now so doesn't really need a night light per se but I think he'd like a cosy glow amoungst all the Lego!
