My 4 month old has got these tiny little spots under his skin just on his arms and legs. They aren't noticeable and you'd only know they're there through touching him, no redness and they don't seem to be bothering him. But I just wondered what it could be? He's fine in himself also. I'm just a first time mum and I panic about everything haha! Any advice welcome
