I refuse to put this in the AIBU section because i hate that topic but couldn't think of a better title!!
To cut a very long story short, DS2 (2.2) decided on sunday he doesn't want nappies on anymore. He won't wee at all now until the v last minute where he screams but he will happily say poo all day and go on the mad potty dash to produce NOTHING. He has next to no language and DP doesn't understand him so i am exhausted because i haven't even been able to switch off even a small bit. I snapped at lunch after running him to hepotty for the 5th time in 10 minutes and stuck a pull up on him instead. Now i am ignoring him when he says poo but i am not ready to train him and he really isn't ready to be trained yet imo.
So, would you have done the same? or should i be persevering really?
The other thing is, he has "issues" with pooing; either he witholds or he is constipated which is another reason i wanted to wait
