When can I give my baby water? As in boiled cooked down water?

Unless the weather is very hot, very young babies don't really need any. Breastfed babies shouldn't need it at all, formula fed babies could be offered some if they are a bit constipated. Once they are weaning you can give normal tap water in a sippy cup with meals and snacks.
