What time does your toddlers go to bed?

My 18 month old goes to bed at 7.30 most nights. He wakes at 6am every morning, never any later, It doesn’t seem to make a difference if we put him down later, he still wakes at six. Curious to see what time your LO goes down. X

Usually around 7pm

My DS is 3 and doesn’t nap. He usually sleeps from 7-7ish although he’s in bed from 6.45-7.30ish

Between 7.30 and 8pm, wakes between 6 and 7.

7pm for my 13m dd. Sleeps until around 6.30am. Could you try an earlier bedtime? I've read that a later bedtime can sometimes lead to early wake ups, bizarrely.

Asleep fro 8 is the aim, he has a 40-60 minute bed routine prior to that. Awake from 7 onwards

DD has gone to bed at 7pm since 12months ish. She's now 3 1/2 and 7pm still works for us. She sleeps until any time between 6 and 8am.

I think she's hoping he'll sleep past 6

Dd has just turned 2. She sleeps 8-7:30/8 and has up to 2 hours nap after lunch.

7:30 - 6:30

Two years old and still wakes in the night 😭😭

DD is 2.5 and has just started to stop napping. She started to want to nap at 4:30-5pm which meant she wasn't going to bed until 9ish!

I've cut out the nap & now start bed time at 6 instead of 7. She's in bed by 1/2 past and asleep before 7. Works perfectly.
She gets up between 6 & 7.
