My 18 month old keeps accidentally banging head of cot

Hi don't know if I've posted this in the correct topic, my 18m did jumps up and down in the cot when he wakes and he's started accidentally head butting the top rail of the cot.
I don't know if you can buy any special foam or bumper to protect his head as at the moment he's a huge egg in his head.
I've looked online but not exactly sure what I'm looking for

Excellent thank you I'm not keen on the helmet idea as he'd have to sleep with it in but the foam could definitely work
