6 week old baby uncontrollably crying episodes

Hi all
We had our first baby 6 weeks ago and would like some general advice....
We have been really lucky from the start of having our baby she's always slept really well and only wakes for a 12am and 5am feed each night (I know this is so rare) however the last 2 weeks our baby is uncontrolably crying at different points in the day especially the morning. We have changed her formula milk and bottles from sma first and tommee tippee to aptimal colic and constipation and dr browns bottles because she was gulping her milk so fast it was causing her a lot of pain. This seems to have helped but she is still suffering with very green poo that is loss and she's so upset and niggly throughout the day. Could she be lactose intolerant?
I have started to feel so guilty because I'm unable to comfort her at these points and I get a sense of upset, anger, worry, gulit the list goes on...
I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this and just want conformation that it will pass. When did you find your baby got easier?

Not sure people in the conception thread are best placed to help!

Could you contact your health visitor? Midwife? Gp?

More likely to be cow's milk protein intolerance/allergy than lactose intolerance, but it is worth trying colief first. Do you think she has reflux?

My HV said green poo is a sign on a gassy tummy. But having used comfort milk (cow & gate) my LO has green poo.
We moved to HiPP organic and baby is so much better on this, far less gassy and just more comfortable. I tried 4 different formulas before we settled down on HiPP.
