Baby stomach pains

My 10 month old daughter has had severe stomach pains tonight and she's been very distressed. I had to bath her at 2am as after giving her paracetamol I wasn't sure what else I could do to ease the pain. I've been very upset all night and have felt helpless, Almost to the point where I almost called an ambulance. The only thing that stopping me was the possibility of it being wind. I don't have any gripe water so I was helpless while she screamed and rolled around . I couldn't pick her up at first because she was in too much pain and I had to feed her a bottle while she was laying flat on her back instead of sitting up. The pain seems to have worn off after what felt like a life time and she has fallen asleep. I hope she'll be ok through the night and the morning. I'm starting to worry it's something I've done. I gave her two different foods today for the first time- spinach and pomegranate seeds. Maybe there's an allergy ? Or as I said, could have been bad wind . Just hope she's ok tomorrow . It's been a very difficult night :(

How's she doing this morning?
At least the shops are open now for gripewater. I'd suggest seeking advice from a pharmacist, they'll advise you whether to take things to the next stage by calling nhs24. Good luck!

@SnowdropFox
She's doing a lot better thank you. She doesn't seem to be in pain. Eating and playing away. Will still go to the pharmacist after her nap though! Hope she stays like this x

Mine used to get terrible gas pains from spinach. Probably just wind x
