Worried about autistic twin

Please respond I'm worried. I have twin boys 2 years and 2 months old. . Now twin 2 can talk in small sentences, ask questions, request, identify animals, food, objects and anatomy. He also over to play with his baby brother (9 months) And attempts to play with twin 1.

Twin 1 sometimes copies words but not consistently, speaks a few words; star, snow, cake, juice and I'm struggling to think of more. He doesn't like to play with his brothers, avoiding or play fighting. He is very 'independent' and mostly just stands as close to the TV as he can. If off he play fights, spits juice into cups, pots and toys and spins in circles a lot. He can identify two matching jigsaw pieces of animals but ignores any requests and won't point to relevant objects or anatomy when asked.

My brother is autistic and I feel like I'm watching my babies future vanish as he drifts away from his twin. Will he just catch up or is this diagnosis just a matter of time?

He might be autistic.
But that's not a death sentence.

You won't know at this stage if he is and if so how pronounced his autistic characteristics will be.

There's a special needs topic where you might get more support.

But I am autistic and I have a job and a family. I'm pretty happy. It's not the end of the world.
