Do you sometimes feel lonely as a new parent? My twins are nearly 7 months and I feel lonely today. I go to a mother and baby group once a week and I'm due to start working 2 days a week from november. Maybe that will make a difference.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Definitely! I try and get out each day and set myself littk tasks to ensure I keep busy. I worked full time before so it takes some getting use to doesn’t it? Xxx

Yeah I worked full time too. I have got enough to do. Sometimes it's easy to just sit and think. I need to stop doing that.

My baby was born in the school summer holidays and therefore no baby groups. I'm fe3ling much better now I do a group every day (overkill but I'd go insane else). Gets me out of the house.
I've also booked a night out each month until Christmas and arranged family to babysit for a couple of hours. So I ahve human adult friend contact !
The groups etc and going for a walk everyday has helped the shut in feeling and has lifted my mood as I was getting very down.
