bribery advice please!

DD is only 23 months but is so fair showing real pro potty/ toilet signs. She will use the potyy when reminded or just because she knows she wants to go... as long as she has no big girl pants on! that seems to be when the accidents happen? figure she thinks they are nappies? problem is...
1/ how can i explain they aren't?
2/ how can i bribe a person who just doesnt get bribes? Ive tried giving her a rolo every time she uses the potty but is happier to just have me clap and congratulate her... not happy enough to pull down her big girl pants and go find the potty tho!
any advice?

It can be quite hard trying to motivate one this young Chloe. I've been racking my brains as to what would be easiest to grasp.

Have you tried putting a sticker on her potty or on a chart everytime she has a success? That might help.

Also: I don't know what big girl pants you have, but you could go and buy some "special sparkly big girl pants", and hang them up somewhere prominent. And tell her she can wear them tomorrow IF she has the same pair of pants on at the end of the day today as she started with. (i.e. no accidents). Does that make sense?

Or you could just try leaving pants off completely for a few days or a week, and see if you can get 100% success that way first, and then move to the "with pants" setting.

Have let her choose her own booh bah knickers, but it just seems to be the fact she has something on? She is talking alot, 5 word sentences but somehow she doesnt seem to be on my wavelength?
Her nana is going to send some training pants (towling, spongey ones with a liner) as i can only find training pants for 3 year olds here!
so ill try that?
Unfortunatly im a student nurse single parent so days at home to do not a lot are few and far between!
Chreceh are fab and put her on the pottty every 15/ 30 mins and so far she is getting betetr and they feel likewise she is more than ready. Dry after a nap and undersatnds what its all about. I just thought i may put big girl knickers on dolly? and as she likes dolly going to the potty maybe that may help?
