My baby’s 2 months old and we took about 2 weeks to name him because we couldn’t agree on one , in the end my uncle said a name which my partner loved and I wasn’t sure - and I’m still not what should I do ?? His name is Dennis but I wanted Edward, Timothy, William ☹️

Does he have a middle name you could use? Otherwise pick a cute nickname!

Would nn Denny make it better?

MoHunter · 10/09/2018 13:14

If the name hasn’t grown on you in 2 months then I think you should change it! Back to the drawing board? It’s still early enough to change your mind.

Sorry but personally I don’t much like Dennis either, makes me think Dennis the menace.

Timothy is quite nice IMO. Smile

Change it!! Your baby will never know, just do it and then tell people afterwards, so they have to go with it as well.

I've often regretted my DS3s name and would have changed it if I had thought of doing so.

Yes just change it if you don't like it. William and Edward are much better than Dennis.

thelionsden · 10/09/2018 15:53

Just change it. Dennis is horrible.

Pressuredrip · 10/09/2018 15:56

I love Dennis. But I know 5 friends that have changed their babies names. It's no hassle if you do it before they are 1.

Cosmoa · 10/09/2018 21:03

Not a massive fan of Dennis and if you're not either I would change it asap!

Dennis is lovely
