6 month old projectile vomited feeds this morning

My DS2 who is 6 months seems totally fine on himself but has projectile vomited both his feeds this morning. Both whilst having bottle, entire feed all over me, him, sofa, floor etc. He is otherwise ok.

What do I do? Just keep trying to feed him, just small quantities, or hold off for now. Have tried to get him to drink water but not particularly successfully, though he's only recently started having water.

Any advice?

He's now thrown up 4 of 5 feeds over 24 hours, not sure what's best to do... anyone?

Is he having wet nappies? If so I'd say small and often if he wants it. As long as some is getting down him. Is he running a temp? Just keep an eye on him, if you find he is refusing his milk and isn't passing urine then I'd take him in. X

Keep an eye on temp, give milk little and often rather than a big feed in one go. If he starts becoming really lethargic/temp shoots up/not weeing as much as usual I'd phone 111 to get a second opinion.
