Nappy squirters - anybody got one, anybody want one?

Has anybody got one of those sprayers which attach to the loo system,(in 10 minutes so it says) and squirt the poo off nappies? I would like to know if they work, and how easy they really are to fit.
Are they worth the £24 or so they cost new?
Or has anyone got one for sale second hand? (and if so why?!)

i would love one but they are expensive here in Aus - might invest when dd3 is starting to be weaned - breastfed poo is okay to deal with.

around 70 - 80 dollars depending on who you buy it from.

I guess with the exchange rate - around the 60 dollar mark for 24 pounds.
