Comfort milk

My little boy has been on cow and gate comfort milk for over 3 weeks now and is still having very green, very loose (like water) bowel movements.
Now I know this is a side effect stated on the tub my question is, is it a permanent side effect whilst he's on the milk, or should it calm down once his body gets used to the milk.
I'm just concerned that the milks not agreeing with him, although he's a lot happier than when he was on cow and gate 1, he still seems to be in some pain.
My hv has suggested he possibly has silent reflux however my doctor is very reluctant to prescribe Gaviscon Hmm
Has anyone used cow and gage comfort and can shed some light on how it affected your little ones.
Thanks

We used it for 10 weeks but have now changed. My LO has green poo too but most of the time yellow and very lose - it was like this the whole time we used he milk and my LO pooped after just about every feed. My HV told me that he green poo is a sign of a gassy tummy and we certainly had this.
We went on it due to potential silent reflux but I was never convinced she had that.
Anyway I got advice from mums net and somebody siggested HiPP organic as it helped with gas - that was our issue. We moved over 4 days ago and I am so glad we did, it seems really gentle and tummy ache is pretty much gone. I’ve tried about 4 formulas prior to this and HiPP is best for us.
Does baby seem well and settled on the comfort milk? If so you might be fine but the poo is like that all the time, it doesn’t change.
