Am I right in thinking that overnight stays for child contact can take place anywhere? As in where the parent goes the child goes?
Would court decide otherwise if the parent took it to adjust a court order?

What the dad does on his time is his decision, business. Just like what you do on your time is your business. Unless there are safe guarding issues.

So yes, if dad wants over night stays at the GF’s house that’s his decision.

If you try to stop it, it would be viewed as controlling.

Yeah just what I thought too. Someone mentioned if they didn’t live together that would make a difference. That to me in an established relationship makes no difference does it?
