Hi has anyone used CMS they have been complete crap for me and my ex hasn't paid any maintenance for over 2 years
And yet they don't seem to be doing anything about it
Thinking of going solicitor route

I would the phone . Ask for it to be escalated . Ask if your complaints are on the system.

Mo’s really seem to help in many cases
