Forgot what to do! Panic mode

Hi all

My 9 month dd has woken up today full of a cold. Such bad timing as today is my first day back at work 😢
Her grandparents have got her today but this is the first time she's ever had a cold,
Sorry if I sound ridiculous but what can I do? I have a 10 year old dd and I guess I've forgotten what you can:can't do at this age. I know certain cold medicines you can't give?
I guess I'm worried cos I'm at work and just wanna make sure she's ok

Also, could it be from her settling in session she had at nursery on Friday? She was only there an hour! But Jesus! What's she gonna get when she's there all day! Would she be ok going into nursery with a cold?

It's easy to forget , I know I did. You can use a saline spray to help clear the nostrils, calpol do one and calpol if they have a temp

Chances are she did catch it at nursery, they are like a breeding ground for coughs and colds. You can get baby vicks (snuffle pod I think the actually name is 🤔) to rub on her chest/bottoms of her feet, but I personally feel nothing beats snuggly pj's and a day relaxing.
