Baby hates sling

Hello, just a question on slings, my three month old is not a massive fan of the pram, she tolerates it to a point but if wants to be carried will let me know! But she also cries and wriggles in the moby sling and ergo as if she hates being restrained, again sometimes I can get a few minutes out of the moby awake and maybe a couple hours asleep but it's very hit and miss. She's what's known as a 'spirited' baby and is very vocal about what she doesn't like! I have her up high and tight in the sling, tolerates it more with arms and legs out but this doesn't feel very secure to me and I still need to hold her head as not full control yet. I've tried getting her used to it by putting her in few minutes a day, tried different holds in the moby, tried going straight out for walk, still turns into crying/wriggle city. Tried getting her used to the pram too but I think she just wants to be held. I missed the last sling meet and will go to the next but just wondering if anyone's had similar experience? Would a different sling such as ring sling be any better? Or a different hold? Thanks X

My baby seemed to hate his sling. Used to only put up with it a bit round the supermarket and start wriggling and crying. I think it may have been when he was fighting sleep. One day I just let him wriggle and cry for about 5 mins (seemed like an eternity) when we went for a walk one day. He fell asleep and has been fine ever since- he was 4 months.
