My boy hasn't pooped since Monday morning, he's combi fed and seems to go every 3-4 days! Is this normal?!
He's drinking loads I've no idea where it's all going haha
He's eight weeks old today

Don’t turn into my mum, who made me go to hospital for years and have suppositories and laxatives etc, just because I didn’t go every day like she did. Normal for me is 4-5 days. As long as your child isn’t ill or in pain then I’d just let him go when he wants to.

I think anything can be normal as they’re all different. Does he seem constipated? Ie bloating and not feeding well??

KathrynOfArrogance · 29/08/2018 18:37

I promise I won't turn in to your mum haha
He seems fine n doesn't have a hard belly so I'm not too worried
Just keep reading that formula fed kids poop a lot
Seems my lad just does some wizardry n it evaporates

@HelenMummyof2 no he seems fine, he would eat as often as I gave it him!
He's only teeny tiny I'm bloody baffled lol
He's still in newborn size!

If he seems ok I would just keep an eye on things..... if he does seem constipated then I did some baby massage with both of mine and it really helped Smile

I think it is normal, not every child or even adults go every day. But make sure it is not too long
