Biting, hair pulling one year old

Hi, hoping I can get some help. My one-year-old is exhibiting some very challenging behaviour at the moment.

I know she’s teething so this could be a factor, but, every time you pick her up especially if she’s tired she claws at your hair grabbing great big fistfuls and pulling or pinching skin and sometimes you physically can’t get her off. She tries to bite your face and she has started grabbing at other children’s hair as well. She’s really struggling, it’s usually if she doesn’t like their behaviour, they get too close to her or she has to share her toys. But also can just be seemingly random

I know I shouldn’t expect sharing at this age, I also know that she doesn’t understand yet about empathy or that what she’s doing is hurting but that it’s pure frustration. I just don’t know what to do about it and it’s been going on for a long time. On and off about 6 months I’d say but it seems to be getting steadily worse. We are very much gentle parents too so I just don’t know where it’s come from. Any help or similar experiences welcome!? 😊💫🙏🏻
