Baby scratching head constantly

My baby keeps constantly scratching the back of her head. It's seems to be bothering her that she not sleeping very good.

She is teething, I don't whether that has anything to do with it.

She normally pulls her hair when she wants a feed so I thought it was that at first, but now she is itching it like mad.

Anyone had this problem?

Is the skin inflamed?

No it's not

Not this particular problem but similar issues the doctor when I went to see him said that if anything is the cause it is most likely to do with irritation in the area and to use coconut oil to moisturise the scalp twice a day. You can use olive oil instead if that is handier, although I imagine would also smell funny :(
