Baby lead weaning

I have no idea where to start!

If you did this method - what was the very FIRST thing you fed your baby and when was it? I.e time of day etc.

DS had mashed up avocado. DD had a crust of toast nicked off someone’s plate. I did traditional weaning, so a mix of purees and finger foods, although both of mine preferred the finger foods and we moved off purees very quickly.

I started DS with lunch. DD started with dinner as it was easier for me since DS was always eating too at that time. Just one meal a day for a good few weeks and then introduced breakfast and then the third meal.
