Breast fed baby throwing up after every feed during the day!?

My baby is 3 months and recently she has started throwing up her milk during the day. It can't be a dairy allergy because I don't eat dairy. Any ideas why this could be? She seems fine at night and has bigger feeds at night.

Does she do it immediately? Is she starting to try and move around? If so it could be that she's not letting it go down enough.

@Bluebelltulip hm it's sometimes a couple of minutes after and sometimes 20-30 minutes after. Will try and keep her still for longer after her feeds and see if that helps! x

DD did this, it was both worrying and exhausting, as she obviously got hungry sooner than she should. I took her to our GP, he checked her over then referred us to paediatrician, neither could find any physical reason why this should happen. She was small, but the paediatrician said her height was in proportion to her weight and her development was on course. Eventually it just stopped happening, and she is now a healthy 15 year old.
