My twins are 6 months. I've been working on my career for the whole of my 20s but because of recession, jobs in my chosen field are few and far between.
Before I got pregnant, I thought I'd have one child then work on my career, then have another etc. But I had twins and I am stuck at home for the next few years. They cost so much money and I really want to have a good career so I can give them a good life/choices etc.
When the opportunity to train comes along I will snap it up I am so determined!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm in a similar position OP, I'm 27 1 DD who is 14 months & in starting an access course on midwifery. I actually wanted another baby but have put it off because I'm just determined to make something of myself now. Just enjoy & concentrate on your babies for now (god knows you have enough to worry about) but your day will come, it's not impossible Smile

From someone on the other side of those few years... you'll get there. It might take a couple of steps before being back on the career track but you'll find a way
