What's this rash?

DD is 2.5 and has had a fever of 40 for a couple of days. Vomited once, no other symptoms. Today the fever is lower but she is covered in these spots.

She's had chicken pox, hfam, and is up to date on all her vaccines. Any ideas what it could be? It passed the glass test. The picture is poor, the spots are more red than they appear here.

I can't see it from the picture, but given the history I would guess it's a viral rash.

I'd go with viral rash too but take to OOH if you're worried
