Worrying about not feeding enough

My LG is almost 5 months and EBF, she's recently started sucking her thumb and for the past 3 days has slept from 8-6 or 7, obviously I'm loving the full nights sleep but on the flip side I'm worrying if she's getting enough milk, she seems to be settling herself with her thumb so she's not crying in the night. I feed her between 5 and 6 times a day so do you think this is enough?
I did used to feed her at least twice in the night so I'm thinking now if my milk gonna be affected with losing those feeds, I am noticing already my boobs are quite full in a morning. Should I be worried??
Thanks

Not feeding during the night at this stage is nothing to worry about unless she is miserable, losing weight or not producing wet nappies. She is having enough during the day! It's something to celebrate in my opinion.

Your supply will be well established by now so it doesn’t matter if she sleeps through, so don’t worry on that one.

BFing doesn’t work like formula either where they have to have so many feeds with x amount in each one. A BF baby if this age, who’s not being offered solids, will take roughly 25 floz in 24 hours whether they are feeding 5 times or 15.

Like yikes says, as long as there is enough coming out the other end, there’s no need to worry.

If you want some reassurance from someone who is trained, you could always ring one of the BFing Helplines Smile

I think I'm just staggered that she's slept three nights as my little boy was 14 months before he did!!
Very proud of my chunky monkey hee hee
What will happen to my boobs will they just get used to the drop in feeds, two mornings they've been a bit full and leaky etc

Your boobs should soon adjust. Enjoy the sleep while you can Smile
