Who is coming ?
How many ?
Age range?
What time is the 'do' ?
Will people have traveled ?

But if you are having other people cater for you, don't they have 'suggested' menus ?

For DS 1st birthday, the party was 12-4pm, I had around 40+ guests ranging from 9months old to adults. The table of food was perfectly located and had a wide range of food yet there was a lot left over. I didnt expect everyone that I had invited to turn up so I would have even more food left over. What ever your thinking, half it, it at least drop it by a 1/4. Food I did, sandwiches, cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, mini burgers, prawn battered, crisps, popcorn, pizza, chicken nuggets etc

We are having around 40 guests including babies and adults and are providing:
Sandwiches
Cocktail sausages
Crudites
Salmon bites
Crisps
Cake
Sausage rolls
Chicken bites
Tomato salad
profiteroles
cheesecake
Coleslaw
All cold stuff That is easy to sort out. Hopefully there will be enough and any left overs we can give to people to take home
