EASY routine: what do your babies do?

I'm feeling so good, I've just got my LO (12 weeks) to go over 30 mins (although with waking in between) and I'm so happy, by literally plugging her with a dummy and not letting up (next, I'll be posting about dummy dependency!). I'm just wondering what other peoples EASY routines are, do you do two long sleeps, morning and lunch? Or have you done it with the shorter sleeps too?

I'm not sure a 12 week old has a routine. They sleep when they need it surely.

I just followed her lead
If she looked tired or it had been 1.5 hours ish I'd tried to get her to sleep

I second pp, just followed his lead, at 4 months old he sleeps 730-730 BUT he has basically zero daytime Sleep unless pushed in a push chair, even then max 45 mins ish (total 1-2 hours of naps) sometimes less.

My DS has 3 daytime sleeps (15 weeks) 8:45-10, 11:30ish-1:30/2 and 4-5 averaging 3.5 hours during the day. Really struggle with the early evening sleep and sometimes ends up being just the initial 30 min cycle but goes 10-7:30am so I can deal with that!

Never go more than 2/2.5 hours awake no matter what time the last nap was. He's been doing this since week 9. Use of the dummy to get to sleep then I take it out once fully sleeping.

Doesn't always self settle after 1st 30 mins but we're working on it!
